These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern the text message (SMS) communications sent by Someone Who Cares Financial Advisory ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to users of the Someone Who Cares advisor portal located at www.someonewhocares.com ("Portal").
When you enable SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Portal account, you consent to receive one-time login verification codes via text message to the mobile phone number you provide. These messages are sent solely for account security purposes.
You will receive one (1) SMS message per login attempt when SMS 2FA is enabled on your account. Message frequency depends on how often you log in.
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by your mobile carrier. Someone Who Cares does not charge for SMS messages. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
To stop receiving SMS messages, text STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to that number. You may also disable SMS 2FA at any time by logging in to the Portal and updating your account settings.
Text HELP in reply to any message for help. You may also contact us at:
SMS messaging is available on most major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in status are used solely to deliver login verification codes. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued use of SMS 2FA after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
