SMS Data & No-Share Policy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Your phone number is used exclusively to deliver login verification codes as part of our SMS 2FA service. Message and data rates may apply.

• With service providers: We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages on our behalf. Twilio receives your phone number solely to deliver verification codes and is bound by confidentiality obligations. Twilio's privacy policy is available at twilio.com/legal/privacy.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you disable SMS 2FA, your phone number is removed from our active 2FA configuration. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us at support@someonewhocares.com.

Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage and TLS for data in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

• SMS opt-out: Text STOP to any message we send to opt out of SMS 2FA messages, or disable SMS 2FA in your Portal account settings.
• Account data: Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
